Simply melt your pick of chocolate, mix in a selection of goods (e.g. nuts, seeds, cereal, coconut, dried fruit...), spoon into muffin cases, push a few chocolate eggs in the middle of each, and then place in the fridge to harden.

AD / Peanut butter and banana baked oats for two👫 Are you a porridge fan? Ever tried baking your oats? Imagine a mouthful sitting somewhere between being porridge and a cake🤙
 
Featuring @thecollectivenz latest addition to the family - fresh plant milk! Made right here in Avondale, Auckland; their plant-based milk is a blend of oats, coconut and rice. The oats provide a sweet and creamy malty flavour, the rice a clean natural taste, while the coconut adds delicious creaminess. It's SO good guys! Use it to cook your oats, in your morning cuppa, baking recipes (like here), blended in smoothies, to dunk a cookie into or just direct from the bottle👍  
 
Ingredients🥣 
1 cup oats 
1 really ripe banana 
1 egg, whisked 
1 tsp peanut butter, + more to decorate 
1 tsp maple syrup  
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder 
Pinch of salt 
1/3 cup The Collective Plant milk, more to decorate 
Cacao nibs or chocolate chips to decorate  
 
Method👩‍🍳 
Preheat oven to bake 180 degrees.  
 
Add oats to a blender and blitz until a fine powder. 
 
Mash the banana with a fork in a medium-sized bowl. Add the egg, maple syrup, vanilla and peanut butter and whisk together. Add the oats, baking powder and salt and gently fold until just incorporated.  
 
Divide mixture between two small greased ramekins. Decorate with chocolate chips or cacao nibs. 
 
Bake for 25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean. Decorate to eat with a drizzle of peanut butter and a splash of @thecollectivenz plant milk. #bakedoats #oats #bakedoatsrecipe #oats #porridge #breakfast
