Cherry and almond butter crumble🍒.

This vegan crumble has a super saucy cherry filling, topped with almond butter oat clusters. Serve with a dollop of vegan ice cream, yoghurt or custard, and watch it quickly disappear.

Weet-Bix breakfast banana split🍌 This brekkie idea is quick, easy and fun to make!

Inspired by the classic banana split dessert, my breakfast rendition may lack ice cream, but it’s still super delicious.

I love starting my day with Weet-Bix! Not only is it very high in whole grains, it also provides a source of fibre, and is high in B vitamins and iron.

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients
1 banana
1 Weet-Bix biscuit, shredded
½ cup berries
⅓ cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
1 Tbsp peanut butter, loosened with hot water
Optional toppings to sprinkle: sliced almonds, shredded coconut, cacao nibs…
A splash of milk, to serve

Method
Slice the banana in half lengthwise and place it in a bowl or on a plate.

Sprinkle the shredded Weet-Bix biscuit in the middle of the banana halves.

Arrange the mixed berries on top of the Weet-Bix and banana, and spoon the yoghurt overtop. Drizzle with the nut butter.

Add any optional toppings you desire, such as sliced almonds, shredded coconut or cacao nibs.

Serve with a splash of milk, if needed. @weetbixnz
