Summer fruit yoghurt bowl🍑🫐 One of my go-to Summer fruit yoghurt bowl🍑🫐

One of my go-to summer breakfasts☀️ This easy + speedy balanced brekkie comes together in minutes, and is great to chuck into a jar and take on-the-go🚗

To make, add together: 
🍶 A protein-rich food: Greek yoghurt
🥣 A fibre-rich carb: rolled oats 
🥜 Fat-rich foods: nuts, seeds or nut butter
🫐 Fresh (or frozen!) fruit: blueberries and nectarines 
🍯 Optional: honey and cinnamon 

Protein-rich foods can help with feelings of fullness, which is why I love adding a good dollop of Greek yoghurt here.
