2Tbspplain unsweetened plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
Slicedfresh fruit of choice e.g. strawberries, raspberries, banana...
Optional garnishes:nuts, seeds, edible flowers or coconut chips to sprinkle on top
Method:
Cut papaya in half length ways. Carefully scoop out the inner black seeds with a spoon and discard.
Squeeze lime juice over papaya.
Fill the hole with the muesli or granola and then top with yoghurt and fresh fruit.
Decorate (optional) with extra nuts, seeds, edible flowers or coconut chips.
Notes:
Gluten-free? Use a gluten-free muesli or granola. Vegan or dairy-free? Use coconut yoghurt. Nut-free? Check your muesli or granola is nut-free, and don’t garnish with extra nuts.
