Ingredients:

fresh or frozen
banana
½
cup
frozen berries
½ cup plain yoghurt
or ½ scoop
protein powder (using a standard 20g protein powder formula)

tsp
peanut butter
¾
cup
coconut water (+ any extra to reach your desired consistency. You might need a bit more liquid if using a frozen banana)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
