Hummus & Vegetable Stick Snack Jars

Ingredients:  

Hummus

  • 1 400g can of chickpeas
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • Tbsp tahini
  • Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Vegetable sticks

  • 2 carrots
  • 4 ribs of celery

Method:

  • Add all the hummus ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  • Divide between four glass jars.
  • Peel carrot. Slice carrot and celery into vegetable sticks.
  • Divide vegetable sticks between glass jars.
  • Screw on the lid and store in the fridge.

Notes:

This recipe is easily adjustable based on mouths you’re feeding. You can add more or less hummus to your jars, as well as veggie sticks. You do you.
