Hummus & Vegetable Stick Snack Jars

Ingredients:

Hummus

400g
can of chickpeas
¼
cup
fresh lemon juice
1½
Tbsp
tahini
1½
Tbsp
olive oil
Salt, to taste
Vegetable sticks
2
carrots
4
ribs of
celery
Method:
Add all the hummus ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Divide between four glass jars.
Peel carrot. Slice carrot and celery into vegetable sticks.
Divide vegetable sticks between glass jars.
Screw on the lid and store in the fridge.
Notes:
This recipe is easily adjustable based on mouths you’re feeding. You can add more or less hummus to your jars, as well as veggie sticks. You do you.
