Ingredients:

walnuts

dried
figs

cup
shredded coconut
½
cup
tahini

runny honey
Optional:
sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and desiccated coconut to decorate
Method:
Add all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the mixture balls into a dough.
Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls, and then (optional) coat balls to decorate with sunflower seeds, coconut or sesame seeds.

Keep in the fridge (keeps well for a week) or freezer (keeps well for months).
