Fig and Honey Bliss Ball

Ingredients:  

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 12 dried figs
  • ½  cup shredded coconut
  • ½  cup tahini
  • 2 Tbsp runny honey
  • Optional: sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and desiccated coconut to decorate

Method:

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until the mixture balls into a dough.
  • Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls, and then (optional) coat balls to decorate with sunflower seeds, coconut or sesame seeds.

Notes:

  • Storage Keep in the fridge (keeps well for a week) or freezer (keeps well for months).
