Greek Yoghurt Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:  

  • ¾ cup milk (e.g. almond, rice, oat, dairy...)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Method:

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Notes:

For a thinner smoothie: Add a bit more liquid until you reach your desired consistency.
Dairy-free or vegan? Substitute for coconut yoghurt - this will lower the protein content and increase the fat content.
