Your ice magic is ready to be used! Tip sauce into a small milk jug and then pour over ice cream - it will quickly harden upon contact.

Storage: Store leftover sauce in the fridge - you will need to reheat it before using as it will quickly harden.You don’t need to sweeten this up too much, even if your cacao is a bit bitter - as it’ll be slathered on ice cream it will pick up the sweetness of the dessert.
