  • Seafood e.g. smoked salmon or white fish, fresh oysters, marinated mussels, crayfish, grilled prawns or shrimp kebabs
  • Produce e.g. snap peas, carrot or capsicum
  • Dips e.g. salmon dip, tzatziki or tartare sauce
  • Crackers e.g. rice or wholegrain
  • Nuts e.g. almonds or cashews

Mediterranean Mezze Platter- select from:

  • Oven baked falafel, crunchy chickpeas or dolma (stuffed grape leaves)
  • Produce e.g. cucumber, pomegranate, dates, fresh or dried figs
  • Oven baked pita crisps
  • Cheese e.g. feta, labneh or halloumi
  • Marinated foods e.g. olives, sun-dried tomatoes or artichoke hearts

Simple summer fruit platterĀ - select from:

  • Produce e.g. Summer cherries, nectarines, peaches or berries
  • Dark chocolate
  • Nuts e.g. almonds

Fruit and chocolate fondue platter - select from:

  • Produce e.g. sliced banana, berries or kiwifruit

  • Produce a selection of different coloured fruit and veggies

  • Bagels

  • Produce e.g. cucumber, tomatoes and red onion

Method:

  • Prepare ingredients as required. Slice or chop produce, load dips into bowls etc.
  • Onto your serving board or parchment paper, place bigger items of food down first. Fill in the gaps with smaller items e.g. dried fruit, olives or nuts. There's no set flow or order you have to follow - lay down what feels right, where it feels right.
