Acai bowl

cup
nut milk or coconut water

cup
frozen mixed berries

frozen
banana (peel and slice into coins before freezing)
¼
ripe
avocado
½
serving of
unflavoured, vanilla or chocolate protein powder
based of a 20g per serve protein powder

Tbsp
freeze-dried acai powder

tsp
sweetener e.g. maple syrup, runny honey...
Optional - toppings
yoghurt, nuts, seeds, fresh fruit, nutty granola/muesli, nut butter or coconut chips...
Method:
Add all ingredient to a food processor and blitz until thick and smooth
Pour into a bowl. Optional: sprinkle with the toppings of your choice. Dig in!
