cottage cheese

raspberry jam

handful of
fresh raspberries
Method:
Toast the bread to your desired crispness.
Mix the cottage cheese and jam together.
Divide and dollop the cottage cheese-jam mix onto the toast and gently spread across using the back of a spoon.
Dot the berries overtop.
