The meal planners are designed with no meal time annotation, so you can use it how you wish – plan one mealtime or plan them all! It’s laid out in a weekly format, kicking off with Sunday so you can head into a new week with ease.

Each meal planner is made from a glossy high quality, durable and flexible, fully magnetic material. It easily sticks to the fridge or any other surface that attracts magnets.

A whiteboard marker only! A finer tip pen works best. This is not included.

Do not use a permanent marker.

To remove whiteboard marker ink, simply wipe down with a damp cloth at the end of the week. Reuse again, and again, and again.

Worldwide! For physical products, flat shipping rates are $6.00NZD across New Zealand, $14.00NZD for Australia and $24.00NZD for anywhere else in the globe (all include tracking). With Nourish & Tempt based down the bottom of the world in New Zealand, I’m mindful of our international shipping costs and will regularly review. All physical orders are dispatched within 1-3 days, with the courier taking over from there. Delivery to rural areas and remote countries, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer.

All orders are fulfilled from New Zealand. However, some countries charge additional customs fees, import duty and taxes, which are out of Nourish & Tempt’s control. Your order total does not include these so please check your local customs website.

As a business creating and selling products, I feel a vital responsibility to minimise N&T’s environmental footprint wherever possible. I promise to continually educate, reflect and consider how N&T operates in this space to do better. Some approaches taken include:

• • The meal planners are designed and manufactured locally in New Zealand.
• • The inner protective mailbags are made from sturdy recycled and FSC certified corrugated cardboard from local Kiwi company R3pack. These are home compostable or recyclable in a council recycling bin. The outer mail bags are either 100% home compostable or made with 100% recycled plastic, the latter which can be recycled in the soft plastics scheme in NZ. These are also by R3pack.
• • The instructional inserts and stickers are printed on FSC certified paper. The stickers are printed with soy-based inks.
