As a culinary-trained Nutritionist, I believe the kitchen is a wonderful place to learn more about nutrition—which lead to the creation of Nourish & Tempt’s Recipe Club.

Recipe Club is a community initiative and friendly competition encouraging you to explore new recipes, all while building your kitchen confidence and knowledge of nutrition.

Each month, there will be one featured recipe, showcasing a neat culinary technique and nutrition element.

During that month you’re invited to make the recipe for fun, or enter into the competition. If you enter, you’ll go into the draw to win the featured kitchen prize of the month. The winner will be selected at random.

Email your entry to recipeclub@nourishandtempt.com, with the subject line “Recipe Club Entry”.

Include in the email your name (first name only is fine), where you live (country only is fine) and the image of the completed dish (as an attachment).

The last day of the month, whatever that day may be for that month.

The lucky winner will receive an email from Nourish & Tempt by the 3rd day of the following month, three days after the competition concludes. Once the winner has accepted their prize, a wider announcement will also be made on the Nourish & Tempt website and social media within the same month.

Absolutely. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to diet and nutrition. If you need to swap an ingredient or two to make it suitable for you to eat, go ahead.

Entry Image Use: By entering in the competition, Nourish and Tempt has permission to feature your entry image on Nourish and Tempt’s website and/or social media for the sole purpose of the ‘Recipe Club.’ This won’t include any connection to your name or location. This extends indefinitely unless you ask to withdrawal your image entry, providing reasonable justification.

Winner Announcement Consent: If you’re the lucky winner, you consent to the use of your entry image, first name, and country of residence (e.g., ‘Danijela from New Zealand’) for the purpose of ‘Recipe Club’ on Nourish and Tempt’s website and/or social media.

Winner Information Requirement: As the winner, you’ll need to provide your full name, residential address, and contact number within one week of being contacted by Nourish and Tempt for shipping purposes. If you don’t get in contact within one week, another winner will be selected.

Global Participation and Shipping: The competition is open to participants worldwide, with shipping costs covered by Nourish and Tempt. A shipping tracking number will be provided to winners to monitor the shipment of their prize.

Dispute Resolution: In the case of issues or disputes, the governing law that will apply is under the jurisdiction of New Zealand.

Cancellation or Modification Clause: Nourish and Tempt reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition under certain circumstances, and with clear communication in such cases.
