My favourite everyday snacks are those tasty, nutritious and easy/speedy to make - this one ticks all the boxes!

It offers a good balance of macronutrients too - bananas provides energy and fibre from its carbohydrates, peanut butter offers protein and healthy fats for satiety and sustained energy, and coconut brings extra fats (and epic texture) into mix.
