SMOKED SALMON KEDGEREE💫🐟 Okay this is seriou SMOKED SALMON KEDGEREE💫🐟 Okay this is seriously sped up, in reality you’ll need thirty to whip this meal up - but it’s well worth it! It’s hearty, comforting and delicious👌.

This version of kedgeree has been nutritionally considered - it contains a good source of veg, and uses ready-to-eat smoked salmon which is a fantastic source of omega-3.

Made with aromatic curried rice, smoked fish and hard boiled eggs, kedgeree is traditionally a brekkie food, but it makes a darn good lunch or dinner too🤤🙏🏻

My version uses ready-to-eat smoked salmon (no cooking needed, just flake in), is packed it with veg (what’s new😅) and provides a good serve of protein (22g/serve and easily bumped up with more fish and eggs). A super delish and hearty nutritionally balanced meal!

While two weeks is barely enough time to scratch the surface of any cuisine, let alone an archipelago with 7000+ islands, we ate some incredible food over there and so the blog wrote itself💃.

Been gorging on fresh coconuts, both the water and the inside coconut meat🥥 Fun fact about coconut water: it’s naturally rich in electrolytes, which we lose through sweat during hot weather or exercise - so it’s great way to rehydrate in this weather💃☀️
